Domain Measures provide a clear, unique picture of the employee experience and, where exactly team members are experiencing the most meaning in the various aspects of work.
Meaning Maximizers have been developed from, and are fully aligned with, the various Meaning Domains. Maximizers represent concrete factors identified by employees that, when activated will boost meaning and meaningful work experiences; resulting in higher levels of motivation, engagement and overall performance.
Much like the Domains, Meaning Maximizer items are directly linked to higher levels of engagement, motivation, performance and retention and when operationalized, result in the decrease of disengagement, poor performance, intent to leave and turnover.
